Power Hour is a group style workout class that harnesses the dynamic of a group environment with the care of an individual session. Each class consists of a warm up, core work, strength training, and cool down. You can expect to work a little faster, harder, and get a little sweatier because Power Hour challenges you alongside fellow athletes and friends!
